But now to the actual tale of woe:
* August 2013 bought - worked about 2 weeks without problems
* September 2013 it happened the first time that the device continuously (approx 30xSekunde) between Mute has / Unmute changed and the associated announcement even listening made it impossible - after switching off and on was the problem but again past
* An October 2013, the problem was now heaped upon why I put a warranty claim to Plantronics - after a few questions was also approved
* November 2013 the unit has been exchanged (returning was carried out by return slip and collection by DHL)
* November 2013 - August 2014, the replacement unit works fine
* March 2014 the unit can no longer turn - there no light, there is no noise from me and also charge it can no longer (with several charging cables tested) - renewed warranty claim is made, waiting for processing
* March 2014 guarantee request was handled quickly and professionally - the new headset works perfectly again (just how long wonders?)
When returning, there was unfortunately a small problem with DHL and although Plantronics not help it can has apologized to me and send me a desktop charger for my Voyager Legend as an excuse.
I phone to the headset approximately 30-120 minutes a day, which should represent a headset in this price range in my opinion, no problem.
The device itself I would (if it works for) give 5 stars - the quality, unfortunately, only 1 or 2 stars - due to the really excellent service provided by Plantronics I forgive but still 3 stars in the overall assessment. My girlfriend has since mid-2013, the same headset and so far no problems with it - either you are lucky or unlucky I with my device :-)
