I love big band sound and therefore made me this CD of Stefan Gwildis curious. If you like swing music of Roger Cicero and his Big Band, is also well served here. But Gwildis prefers the slow numbers.

Really very successful German texts mainly from Gwildis and Michy Reincke and to its distinctive smoky voice, go very well for me together. The NDR Bigband sound with arrangements by Jörg Achim Keller swings quite excellent, very well received to the NDR in Hamburg. My full recommendation.
