Processing / Design:
The build quality is top notch and the device looks really classy.
It is good in spite of the size in the hand, is not too heavy and not acts chunky.
The one-hand operation works quite well .. although small hands reach their limits
To write but helps the Einseitentastatur immensely, this can be set to left and right.
All connections, except for the Kinkenausgang are covered and therefore, the device is water and dust resistant.
The connections can be opened well and are firmly connected to the device.
The on / off switch, which also serves for the sleep mode is centered on the right side, thus it is possible this important button easy to operate.
Display:
The display is really awesome, with the size of 6.4 "makes surfing or movie look great fun and the colors have an excellent intensity.
It is also very bright and viewing angle stable, it is definitely better than the display of my Xperia ZL.
It responds very well to inputs and makes a great impression!
In direct sunlight readability is rather mediocre.
One can also display with a pen directs eg use a pencil, you pull the quick menu bar with a conductive pin down appear the note and sketches Apps.
The input via pen works, but draws here and there for something, so in an attempt by pencil at least.
Power:
The power of the Xperia Z Ultras is more than sufficient to wipe and so there is the, typing, etc. no noticeable stuttering.
The websites are built up quickly and everything runs smoothly.
One is using a mobile phone which performance concerns almost up to date and since the mobile development progresses only by nuances likely to be satisfied with the performance pretty much everyone.
We as normal users are very, very happy with the performance.
Multimedia:
The Sony surface I find very pleasant, intuitive and chic.
But I must also say that this is already my 3rd Sony Xperia phone.
The mobile phone offers everything you expect from a modern multimedia phone, the music player I find really good, although the visualization on the HTC One is a bit fancier.
Nevertheless, this provides comprehensive settings and a beautiful appearance.
Especially great, the Small Apps are, so you can quickly access the Timer, Calculator, Screenshot and Co.
The camera (unfortunately without lighting) makes in good lighting conditions relatively good pictures, otherwise you can only use it for snapshots as fast noise and Co occurs.
But this was already clear to us and therefore we were not disappointed.
Who but a good camera phone is important, should rather take up another models.
The speaker has decent sound and the volume is also alright.
But there are definitely other models that can get even more when it comes to sound.
Who not the 16GB internal memory sufficient, which can easily top up via micro SD card the memory.
Reception / switchboard:
Yes, you can even make calls to the part and that too quite good.
Voice quality is good and the reception is a good average.
And I thought it would be worse if you the big cell phone keeps his ear.
But so huge and heavy s is now being expected not again, so I can take any fear.
Battery:
What I was afraid that the battery makes fast limp in this giant display.
Fortunately, this fear I was taken, the battery arrived with 58% charge, he was fully charged and after everything was set up and tested, were still more than 50% juice on it, Hammer.
Thus, the battery lasted then by a whole extra day.
In normal use, you can take the phone 2-3 days without charging ends meet, very helpful here are the power settings Stamania mode.
Who does relatively little to the mobile phone, will hammer out an even longer term.
A disadvantage can be the hard built battery, this is the time but with most devices the case ...
Conclusion:
What you can get everything for about 250 is really amazing! (Current even for 222 at base)
Who can not be put off by the large display and the weak camera, gets the best (in my opinion) good value for money in the smartphone area.
The Xperia Z Ultra is a dust and waterproof, chic and Great processed smartphone with brilliant display and tidy power under the hood.
Weakness the device affords at the camera and away from direct sunlight on the display.
I wondered whether I give 4 or 5 stars but at a cost of 222 can only round up!
