Hit or miss

Actually a great thing: small, inexpensive, practical. But behind the workmanship I am sorry to put a big question mark. The first device has adopted the Koontakt with the socket under secretion of a smoke and a flame Wölkchens nirvana and the USB charging cable of my old Sony phones taken equal. I was happy not to have burned my hand, called the Amazon customer service and was exemplary operated: After two days I had a replacement unit, and I was given an assurance that they would replace my cable for my phone, if I still could get a (previously had the service staff even checked if the cable was found in the range of Amazon).
The replacement device will work properly now. What remains is the Zufridenheit with the service from Amazon and a queasy feeling every time I plug in the charger. More than 2 points I therefore can not give the best of intentions. It must not happen simply that such a device with others damaged in a defect.
