I bought my HP OfficeJet 6700 end of September 2012, with a one year standard warranty. In early October 2013, more precisely a year and a week after, so out of warranty, the printer no longer works, with an error message "Incident to the printing system: contact HP Support." Contacted by telephone, support HP France gives me three bad news: 1. I am out of warranty (we knew), 2. have to change the print heads, which are very expensive, but no, my HP printer 3. OfficeJet 6700 is a mainstream model and you can not change the heads. Conclusion, the printer can not be repaired, so offer me buying a new HP OfficeJet Pro 8600, at a special price of 150 Euro. The same printer is available on Amazon at 148 Euro. Voila ', that is the HP quality!
