Operation: the on / off functions the same as in a conventional way switch (through on-and off-rockers). after switching on the light, the light intensity can be via hub scale.

the decision was not "easy" like whether I should forgive 3 or 4 stars ... ultimately, I then decided to go for good 4 stars ...
