I have the headphones almost daily mobile use - because the cable is heavily loaded. The cable of the P5 is foolishly gossamer, a real bad design - short, I have worn out three cables in a few months ... The reordering of spare parts is not so easy. The service side product (the corresponding service base at the gig at B & W) in the internet worked every time I'm not tried it. As a point of contact for such cases so the dealers remain (in my town, for example, there is no) and also where the order is made difficult. I wanted to buy directly several cables as substitutes - the only cable distributor, however, were sent to guarantee delivery of B & W - more than two months needed the dealer to B & W to grind out the cable from the cross. As I said, I wanted to look for a fee ... time how long I get along with the 4 so acquired cables - ....
Over many months I could not use the headset again because the cables were faulty ... ugly. Therefore, a star deduction. Would it B & W make the customer just a little easier to get the spare parts ...
Update - now occurs (decomposing?) Adhesive from the earcups out - there's something in the material design absolutely not. A well-not individual phenomenon occurring in this headset. This is a Nogo of the four stars stay only two.
