I bought the Fiskars X11 (lightweight, small) and X25 (gross, large) for wood felling. I had made in advance thinking about a log splitter. But since I split only about 4-5 meters of wood, me the purchase price was too high and the use of too little (the thing is all the time around). Since I have at Amazon read quite positive reviews from other customers to the axes of Fiskars, I have also decided to buy to this. I am absolutely delighted with these axes, really. The gap power is really great and it's really fun to split large logs with branches. The ax is clean clean, enduring often hang or wedges. The non-stick coating, it is ideal for damp wood. I never thought that the axes compared to my old AXT (of OPA, long handle, good steel) shows a so vebesserte performance. In addition, I have no worries that the splitting head from the stalk goes off. So my conclusion: An absolute buy recommendation with perfect price / performance ratio for the people timber for personal use columns.
