Basically, do the cable holder, BUT:
- They are not suitable for vertical installation. Then they do not keep extremely lightweight cable.
- With heavier or stiffer cables, such as normal Ethernet Cat5 cable, it sometimes happens that the cable holders are solved from the table
- More than a lightweight cables per cable clamp one should not attach too, because they can then solve also
