I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday thesis Which is on the 28th as a surprise from Canada. I had never before ordered flowers online. I Placed the order on December 21st (early morning hours - Germany's time) and she received them on the 22nd. I did not even pick expedited delivery .. I was expecting to have the flowers delivered Way after Christmas. She received the flowers and was pleasantly surprised and absolutely loved the Buquet. She said the packaging what done very well, the flowers were all fresh and had a wet towel They to keep them hydrated. The bouquet HOWEVER did not match the picture as it Seemed the white roses had been Replaced with other flowers. It is what so missing the silver ornaments, the eucalyptus fillers and the bellflower, not to mention the chrysanthemum. I have uploaded a picture. I was very impressed with the delivery though. I am disappointed indeed my sister did not get what I ordered however. Although pretty, not what I was expecting. I contacted Amazon and a replacement bouquet is on its way. It was a pleasure dealing with Amazon's customer service, very professional, and very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely order from Amazon.com again knowing That if something were to go wrong, it would be set right.
