1) threading.
Pretty difficult, especially in the beginning. Sometime dominates you that, but with me has lasted several months until I was able to quickly and immediately right. Mostly I do the seemingly correct, and the machine will sew approx 5 cm seam, but then still rips any thread and you have long half an hour several times eindädeln the whole new, with a lot of patience until it works sometime - without that I found out have, where the mistake was. Exactly, if any thread breaks, rather threading the entire machine from scratch, because the order in which the threads are threading, also plays a role. Otherwise new error would be additional.
2) stitch image.
No comparison with an expensive Overlock - looks not so nice and professional, but still not bad. When a bobbin is drawing (stay about 10 feet or so), created a very sloppy stitch pattern, the entire seam is crooked - why this is so, I do not know. Then only helps to take a full bobbin, and then go back.
If you stitched fabrics, and not just tidied edges, you can see the seam from the outside, so the machine actually for Jersey is not so good.
3) oil smell.
Of this much has already been said, and I can only confirm this. The machine smells extremely for oil. My husband complains of late constantly of headaches - whether this is due to the machine or not, I do not know - but I would rather not risk our health.
4) volume. The machine is very noisy - TV or listen to music while sewing is not possible.
As far as the bells and whistles such as blind stitch, etc., so I never used it and can not judge.
I am concerned primarily about the serging edges and sewing Jersey. For the first conditionally recommendable (ok for the price, but if you sew a lot and wants professional results, invest rather more). For Jersey not as well suited.
