I received a copy made in China, the blade was skewed and therefore not in line with the handle. She leaned to the left. So I returned. I do not think this is a common fault, but it happened to me. The blade locking catch is also much larger than the version made in USA I have for a while in import GB. Returned and refunded by Amazon. Otherwise the knife's still good quality for the price. But the US version remains really better bill. From what I've read on forums there are currently several manufacturing chains in the US and one in China. So the origin of the proceeds received must be random based inventory & production time + delivery.
