Item received damaged (photo support), the DVI side had taken a dirty trick in the state it was impossible to use it. In view of the package, not whether due to transportation. I needed quickly, so I'm not back and I straightened myself the periphery of the plug with a knife. In the end it works, but sending a product in that it was not done!
