I have used with satisfaction Luxury cartridge for a year now.But this time I am not satisfied. Their new 'chip' on the cartridge are not reconnu by my Konica Minolta 1690! It results is an error message on the screen of the printer and in MS-Windows 8 as well! On the printer you get 'Wrong Toner K "(my printer language is set to english so in English:' Error Toner K '- Meaning error on the Black toner). You Would Think Easily you live with this as it is a line on the printer's screen .... but not. This gravement: has a back-effect on the Windows printer driver (MS-Windows8.1): For Each print Any and you get an immediate pop-up windows Saying "You have installed one (or many) cartridge (s) of toner of a different type. Any problem related with teh use of cartridge of a type that is not void your identiques May warranty! " What is really nasty Is That You-have to click on the pop-up straight away, if not it, there is no print and it disables the printer spooler! And very Often your prints stay in the spooler and Blocked Then you-have to clear / clean the spooler and manually completely Call (!) And restart the spooler service! And Sometimes You must restart your computer too ... REALLY annoying! Sometimes, lost Nearly 10 minutes Each 2 or 3 prints! A huge loss of time. It is the very first time I have this problem with Prestige. I am very disappointed by Prestige Cartridge.
