Long I have been involved with the implementation of a new HDD recorder. Here is my experience over the first 2 weeks. This great device is very small and compact, absolutely no running noises and recordings on the internal hard drive made previously without objection. The handling is against my old Panasonic NV-HS900 with ShowView programming, Tuning and settings much easier. The playback quality is excellent. A small drawback, in my view: The remote control is overloaded and the manual hard to understand !! Conclusion: Super great device for my needs, it probably needed for older users a longer familiarization time.
