Had earlier albums, although already a tendency towards pop, so I personally feel that the songs on Invisible Touch are very common; even on Abacab there was more variety, more energy may just have better ideas and above all not make so defined, generally applicable "Sound" in the pop business. The songs are of course all of a piece, well arranged and produced clean, but there comes a while listening as before, as if here in the band run out of air ...
"Domino" is an attempt to provide the fans of earlier nor a bombastic, well relatively progressive song, seems to my mind but live far better and more powerful than in the studio, as Iser too smooth ... However, there was on the direct predecessors have a similar, much better composed song that serve this purpose.
Maybe it bothers me as a connoisseur that you can, and identify themselves as a prototype of a good Popalbums this album, a few Hüftschwinger, easy to remember melodies, the one or the other ballad and of course what challenging, just something for everyone!
Conclusion for Genesis-Kenner (whom I will say because what !?): The album has quite moments that animate one hand, a time, possibly to play two songs, more hardly. There is more time to pull a Duke, or even to "... And Then There where three ...".
For lovers of good pop music: Definitely no mistake, I do not want to have said.
