I can only agree with most other reviewers. For the price a bargain! The Telekom Sinus 206 looks more expensive than it is. The package includes a complete good manual and 3-meter-long cable. The operation is relatively simple. The keys have a good tactile feedback. Display and keypad are illuminated, the message key flashes red with missed calls. The display is easy to read. All major features are present, even room surveillance. For Telekom customers with standard connection All features are already established. The ringer can be switched off separately for the base and the handset. Who does not want to be disturbed, have peace and quiet. The selection of ringtones could be better. Very good is the speakerphone, hear and speak perfectly. The new Sinus DECT phones have been awarded the Blue Angel, at the moment the only ones on the market. "Low radiation" is not a sham here. Base station and handset have 0% radiation in standby. The handset does not have to stand for it in the base! In addition, can be adjusted in four steps in the menu, the maximum transmission power, according to the space available. Something annoying: our old, 6 m long original Telekom telephone line was not working with the new Sinus 206. In Telekom shop there for almost 9 euros a matching 6 m cable. At the end of an info: Before first use the handset for at least 10 hours in the base telephone line cord must be loaded, only then connect. In these 10 hours apparently nothing happened, was on display in the upper right corner, only a very small icon to see with a flash. After about 10 hours of lightning has been replaced by the bar display of the fully charged batteries. Defective batteries can be easily replaced with new ones.
