This head is worth the money. Need this for a DLSR with Tamron 150-600 and he holds and can be operated super. Runs easily, friction can be adjusted very well and he keeps the gun in position even without attracting full. The quick release plate works great and can be operated even in the dark. Have another person without friction and because the difference makes very noticeable.
