"Like" as I use it a lot with a D800 and 24mm-shift, and I appreciate his fine adjustments and convenience.
"I hate" because after more than a year of use, the attachment of the quick release system had a problem with the return spring and the plate hangs much less (a spring tip exits through a hole ) - I'm not the only one to have had this pb - and yesterday I had another pb with an adjustment knob. So quality level I have not absolute confidence, that's a shame because the rest everything is ok.
