The oil is delivered in a very attractive bottle along with packaging, making the product well suited as a gift. It is surprising, first, that a few drops suffice for treating the whole face area. What then is still hanging on the fingers, even enough yet for smearing on the neck, and décolleté. Visually you can see almost nothing of the oil, that the skin does not shine and although the oil has a strong (and unfortunately quite artificial seeming) citrus odor has (chemistry?), It does not irritate the skin. It attracts very quickly and just when you already have dry skin, the oil initially affects noticeably relaxing. This effect lasts for a long time (depending on environmental conditions up to several hours).
But!
With regular use (I have about two weeks tested) the intervals seem to be getting shorter between applying the oil and the need for re-treatment. This effect I already know from other toiletries, which I amateurishly so explain to me that the (or my) skin on the supply of fat that's fat production seemingly moves back from the outside, with the result that more and more often help out "from the outside" needs. Unlike products that moisturize the skin and personally for me a better alternative, because they help the skin to regulate itself.
Conclusion: principled makes the oil so no bad impression and the strong smell is a subjective thing anyway. In principle, however, I prefer toiletries at no extra fragrances - because I prefer to take an expensive but good perfume. I would also like basically ecologically certified products - the environment and the health's sake. Ultimately, I was not entirely convinced of effectiveness. Therefore, the oil for combination skin leaves me with mixed feelings and I would recommend it restricted.
