I received my festina. very nice but a little heavy. but on arrival was missing the white pin on the time setting crown that prevents the watch run. resulting in more battery upon arrival. so I had to pay out of my pocket a stack to the jeweler. also was told to seal it takes 1 month before recovering the watch because it goes home festina. in festina very hard to have after-sales service and in addition they did but not the list of approved jewelers by department, I had to make the rounds of jewelers in Perpignan. I'm already disappointed when this brand was highly rated it 10 years ago.
