For many years, we use two iRobot Roomba the 500'er series. Meanwhile, a device is worn and should be replaced. The Dirt Devil costs only 1/3 of the Roomba's. 100 to 300. Therefore, the idea was to have rather a few more Dirt Devils run.
The Dirt Devil has indeed taken up dust, rivers and hair, but is at dirt grains (very little grit from the road 1-2mm) failed. We let him run twice at the entrance, but there was not much cleaner, no matter what height adjustment, whether with violators or tile. Once the old Roomba rattling through sent, everything clean.
Another downside is the cleaning. The large strainer / filter is to complete. By shaking / tapping it is not clean, you have to scrape the dirt down. When Roomba is sufficient so far to properly clean the dust container tapping in the trash.
So we stick to the Roomba and have now ordered a 620.
1 star for the low price.
1 star for the extremely lightweight interchangeable battery.
