This whiskey is a little gem, which will be appreciated. Nose: You will want to spend hours just sniffing. Citrus fruit and chocolate alternate constantly with an oily sweet and alcoholic sharpness. Toll. No, better. Mouth: sharp, the 46% burn at the first sip, give only slow the almost infinitely complex aromas price. The sweetness of the 10-year-old is almost completely gone, but the whiskey after the second sip is flattering-oily, pleasant and unutterably complex. Finish: The not want to stop. Again a slight sharpness, but quickly noble oak aromas velvety and flattering sweet journeyman oils. Wundveroll. In summary, I recommend this only true Whisky connoisseurs, and even are not all like him. The malty sweetness of the 10-year-old has almost completely lost the Port Wine Barrel and ripened but replaced it with a very palatable (for me), fine, oaky bitterness that I at no time is uncomfortable. The 46% are sharp, almost too much. Clearly felt it burning in the mouth, such as chili. Who remains calm and it is is rewarded with an almost infinitely complex malt whiskey and one of the longest Disposals I know. Strong, draft, difficult and at the same silky, oily. You have to like, but then just super. Single Malt beginners but is rather the 10-year-old Glenmorangie recommended or, at best, the significantly sweeter and more accessible Nectar d'Or.
