The differences lie in 4 points:
- It comes with two shoes to define 41 cutting heights between 3 and 42 millimeters (max 21 mm for the QC5360: 31);
- It comes in a beautiful package -but encombrante- transport neoprene fabric (such as wet suits);
- It has a "digital display" .. in fact it's just a cover that slides graduated to a blue diode, futuristic and old radios;
- Its head can be rinsed under water .. but beware: the body of the mower is not waterproof! (Therefore, I tested the water on the head of the QC5360 / 31, and it works as well ... at least for me)
Finally, and this is a shame:
- This trimmer is 60 euro noisier than the base model to 28 euro!
In terms of performance, it is equally disappointing as QC5360 / 31:
- The articulated shoe, it may be comfortable, but at the minimum (3mm), it makes notches!
Because of the joint, the blade is not at a constant distance of the skull: it is light, but 3mm on blond hair, one sees only that!
- The stainless steel blade with titanium coating that's interesting ...
but if we could have a real blade instead it would be better! Not only is it right of a species of small metal comb encased in plastic (not a real blade like Wahl - 09246-416 - Mower - HomePro 200 Series for example)
but in addition the "lame" in question squarely forgets to cut all the hair that are in its path (even after several passages)! Is it because I have fine hair? result to redo my usual mower with steel blade, anachronistic wire and noise 747: impeccable.
In conclusion unusable for short cuts and / or fine hair: can be useful for longer cuts (?)
