You have:
- A reasonable power server that can be more than enough for family use (sharing and saving pictures eg)
- A server that can also rotate one or two virtual machines without problems
- 4 disk arrays, widely comfortable to add storage
- By purchasing the additional card, the ability to remotely administer (80 map, but considering the price of the server, it's still a great price for a very rare feature in these prices)
- The possibility of further add disks instead of the DVD player: just a little Google to find full of geeks who had a ball
- And even an internal USB port if you want to use an OS that boots and runs on USB memory (FreeNAS?)
- And most important for me: a total linux compatibility with the Wake On Lan over the network port, and the awakening of the server by an alarm (I can turn off my server every night at 23H, not to wake him as 17H in normal times, and if I need it before a little wake on lan wake up the remote)
Therefore strongly recommended.
(I do not believe it at Amazon which is for me absolutely the best online merchant)
