The casing consists entirely of relatively soft rubber, the aluminum back and the top and bottom parts are placed on this rubber. The shell is therefore likely to absorb shocks well, despite the tough materials that have been used outside. A well thought-out concept, very nice. The different materials are very well linked and are all very high quality.
The shell is a perfect fit, the iPhone has minimal game, it moves easily up and down. Rausfallen is because certainly nothing. All pins are still well usable, also the tactile feedback of the buttons is very pleasant. The cover is comfortable to hold and feels good, also the sheath grip.
On the front of the shell protrudes a bit on the display, so that the device can not rest with the display. On the back of the light gray stripes face minimal, so that even the less is the aluminum with the surfaces in contact. Again, a convincing concept, the shell is very well thought out.
In appearance, the envelope is really a looker, I have now since 6 years iPhones, but such a noble shell I have so far searched in vain. I am now been addressed by a number of people (in just one day equal of several), the majority were enthusiastic about the appearance.
Certainly the price is 40 not cheap. But who is looking for a good protection for his device and at the same time do not want to completely give up the noble appearance of its iPhones, should take this envelope necessarily times in appearances. In my opinion, it is absolutely worth the money. I can recommend them without reservation.
Moshi incidentally offers a limited lifetime warranty on the product, if it registers on the manufacturer's website.

Supplement 04.27.2015
Since my iPhone has fallen recently from waist height on the pavement, I can resent anything else on the protective effect of the envelope. The iPhone has this fall survived not unscathed. It is laterally crossed on the upper left corner. However, the display and the housing were completely intact, there were absolutely determine any damage. But the diving field has been damaged Apparently, since that operation was no longer possible. However, was that no external damage determine speaks to me very much for the shell. The damage caused was probably unavoidable. At the shell itself is a small, about 1 mm in diameter measured Delle, otherwise no damage is detected here. I can highly recommend the shell remains.
