Bought for a Samsung Galaxy S5, I unfortunately had to return it because the media made it impossible to lock the smartphone correctly in portrait (vertical) position. After several falls from my Galaxy few kilometers at low speed urban journey, and despite several attempts to tighten the jaws supposed keep the smartphone on the sides, I decided to return the product because not adapted to the Galaxy S5. The VentMountXL is probably more suited to less impressive smartphones. The attachment system to the ventilation grille seemed to be effective where the 3 star not too murderous, since obviously many people are satisfied with the product.
However, impeccable return policy as a premium customer. Product returned without any fee and repaid very quickly. Amazon thank you for the service impeccable.
