My parents have long been a twin ceramic nail file. It has a coarse and a very fine side. After trying out the file with my parents and was especially impressed by the very fine file side, I ordered two pieces of Amazon - one for me, one for my girlfriend. My file had two identical (gross) pages. That was not the intention. The file my girlfriend had indeed a coarse and a fine side, but it is interrupted directly by the handle at first intended use. Mind you: Files Not in a fall, but the nails! My conclusion: The product quality varies from 0 to 100. Both my files went back to Amazon. I hope for a refund ...
