Fond agreed enough, I did not learn much. Merit is certainly to have regrouped and organized thematically (House / Silver / Relational ...) 130 "best practices". In addition, the Resource Councils (books, websites, assoc.) Are numerous and relevant. Still, by common sense, we know (see practice) already have most of these tips and suddenly, this book is, for me, quite disappointing. I would be less critical about the shape, the idea (simple but effective) to number each practice and invite people to a certain methodology (the book of the calendar is anecdotal but inspiring) seems quite effective. It can be likened to a todo list: always more motivating to plan and follow his "exploits".
