This first volume is a romance of lightness, softness and smoothness. The intrigue and romance are of simplicity, nothing very exciting or complicated. many passages offer us a lot of emotion, especially the fact that Carson is surrounded by "pregnant females" Rory, Mare, and bitch. All his birth are very touching. The end of the reading happens very quickly, much too quickly. It is a pleasant reading, but a lack of rebounding lets himself feel. The pace is slow, but the story itself is beautiful and interesting. Throughout the play, a point troubled me is the formal mode between the main characters. The characters are endearing, but lacks a little depth. This novel is a reading without the fuss, delicious and romantic desire. Entertaining but nothing more. To see more!
