Here I then broke off and said goodbye to the friendly and honest service employees and finally by SanDisk.
5 minutes later I called Amazon, which immediately made me a freepost return completed and the money will be transferred back.
Conclusion for me: SanDisk has failed here in my case across the board. The company is interested neither in education nor error of customer orientation.
