Soft and restless to depths stability

From my KG I know the Airex Balnace pad, it is more than just a coach for balance. It encourages, among other things, the movement of the deep muscles and thus the bodies which most other durable or are .. braced.

The body knows how to help and balances the initially minimal bad posture through continuous tension again elsewhere with another small malposition from. In the long run it is then more and more and eventually we notice it in the form of pain, etc ... But now we see no connection and the long hidden history, the relationships between the top and bottom and the whole body system at all.

I am certain that the Balance Pad can be useful here, provided you look a little busy with the perception of his body, makes diligently exercises or trying times really on the pad with the total body weight to stand only on the soles :-)

Conclusion: Recommended as a component of body image and exercise, but not a panacea for only draufstehen.
