Super functional! Very solid case, good keyboard with very small weaknesses

The outer side of the sleeve is made of PU leather with a slight embossment. This makes the envelope a little grip, but then feels a bit rougher on, so it is not a flatterer. Ultimately this is a matter of taste. Inside was working with microfiber.

The wake up and sleep operation works with and without a keyboard, which is great. Unfortunately, the lid with attached keyboard does not stop by itself. There seem stuck to no magnets in the keyboard. Really close to them then only with the additional magnetic flap. This I personally find but little success. This has already bothered me at my other anchor sleeve. If the envelope is opened, the flap always hangs in the air and has a little "about". On the other anchor shell could still fold back and then she held magnetically to the back. That's here but not anymore.

If one decides, however, to remove the keyboard permanently and to use only in rare cases, the keyboard is missing, of course, when folded Case. The case is then a little too big, so that a gap at the back gives (analog spine) of the cases. If you hold on top of the case, the lid and a small part of the iPad shifts is visible and is no longer optimally protected. Without pressure from the lid of the case through the attached strap is pulled back into the correct position. In a full bag with several items but caution is then commanded.
The keyboard is made of plastic, but still feels high quality. The pressure point of the keys is really acceptable and not too noisy. The keys are very small, but who can blind write, will come along well here. As you get used to it very quickly.
What but disturbing is the fact that the stop of the keys is often done several times. I have very often produces a double or even triple letters. It's annoying in the long run. Why this is so times, I could not figure out.
Another disadvantage could be the keyboard when folded Case. Because here are portions of the keypad directly on the screen of the iPad. When times constitutes a grain there, may cause scratches on the screen eventually. I always protect my screen with a film and therefore do not worry.

But one thing I would like to say to the tilt angles. Yes, you can place the iPad in different angles. A Better Way stable is just one angle and that, if the keyboard rests completely on the lid of the case. Then "snap" the magnets completely and everything is stable. If you want to adjust the angle slightly flatter, then you can hang up the keyboard only half on the lid. But that's not grab all the magnets and the keyboard is not really firmly attached to the lid. This looks then a bit unstable, works with quiet backing yet. In restless underground (train, plane, car) it can then lead to problems. With no keyboard, it can be really slippery, because the lid with the microfibre surface offers little grip. If the iPad but not moved or touched, it is already safe and you can relax and enjoy a movie.

Overall, the construct of envelope and keyboard but still highly recommended. You can always have a keyboard there when you want and for these gaps are then sure to get over. Especially with the scheduled here Price obtained a reasonable case with a basically well-functioning keyboard. Competitors offer only for the case.
