good part with a small handicap ... why? I ordered the upholstery to our upholstered furniture suck it. First: The brush does a good solid feel but seems a bit cumbersome and I was wondering about the right connection piece chunky. The solution: The brush can be mounted both on the handle, the suction tube and also directly on the suction hose. On handle the brush is quite cumbersome and not necessarily good ergonomics, the joints often pretend of themselves when sucking. After several attempts I put the upholstery nozzle directly at the suction hose to such apparently planned by Miele so (solve the suction hose by pressing the two latches on the handle and the suction hose directly plug into the upholstery by means of two pegs with "click") and lo and behold so it works but great. This attachment of the upholstery, the handling is much better and the unwanted adjustment of the joints is reduced by the hand and the other angle of the brush. Summary: If you want to aspirate only the upholstery comes with the brush without joints SUB 10 better off ..... but when sucking in angles and at other difficult corners the SUB 20 is better suited and plugged directly into the suction hose to work fine. At the handle end or even on the intake manifold infected you can fine on cabinets, etc. suck like a customer photo shows. The Miele SUB 20 is expected on all Miele vacuum cleaners (except for appliances with electric brush connector) easily and so well suck even with lower power even with Eco-Line devices. In our household, we use a S5 Eco-Line with 1600 Watts max. and the brand new S8 Silence Plus with only max. 700 Watt power consumption and also in this work, the upholstery brush fine. PS Miele is the balancing act to build a vacuum cleaner with only 700 watts of power consumption in immaculate suction succeeded .... unbelievable quiet, absorbent and super economical in power and in the famous Miele quality.
