This book is the most important step for future businesses / Organisations of the last few years. It's well educated, radical thinking opens a new theoretical view but Mainly the door for practical implementations. Several concepts for integral / teal level organizations have been around, but all had a big lack of practicability. Written with philosophical, sociological or psychological background, the day by day reality of really existing organizations which not adressed. Laloux has closed That gap and written a book, Which Explains the theoretical background, gives a foundation of concepts and shows the path to implementation - all in one book.
For me, this is a breakthrough. But it does not mean, with this book any organization can be lifted to a higher stage Easily. There is quiet huge homework to do and the preconditions are still to be met. But everybody can now read and understand, what is required and Should Be Done. And we have a checklist of criteria for the new type of future Organizations, so this puts on end to so many Conventional Organizations Calling Themselves "leading" or "new".
Yes, I can imagine that a lot of this book would like to read in German. But who can reasonably read English, should not wait. It's just too good.
