I have requested an exchange at KitchenKing24. Otherwise, I think the dish and several other of Maxwell namely class. Only one seems to have probably had an air lock or the like in the material so that it has cracked in the microwave and then a crack ran through half the bowl. To the extent that does not happen again therefore remains the standings to 5 stars.

Update: The manufacturer has sent us a replacement free of charge. Super!
