I ordered 8 and 4 per them in a lamp.
The LEDs are as written by many reviewers very bright, but unfortunately that's definitely not warm white light. It's pretty "cold" and also significantly the 50Hz (100Hz) flickering can be seen during fast movements. With the cold light I would have probably do not resign, but the flicker frequency is for me definitely disturbing and reason for the poor rating.

Addendum: I now Osram "Osram LED Superstar PAR16 50 advanced 7.5W". The feel of the hue's very subjective, but pleasant for me - but more importantly, no flickering / fibrillation! However, one has to accept that the turn after prolonged inactivity somewhat delayed by the built-in capacitor proceeds more (approx 100-400ms).
