Once received I am really disappointed. The cloth cleans almost anything you have to go several times to the areas to be cleaned even if they are only slightly soiled.
The pen also has a very limited effectiveness, the brush loses its hair. The other end, carbon side cleans anything.
Not all on product quality: Made In China.
Only the pear is about effective and helps clean the less accessible areas.
Purchase I recommend, prefer a higher quality than this
