Wanting to simply discover agar without aim to lose weight, I started in the purchase of this book, which amply satisfies me. The recipes are varied and enticing. The ingredients are simple and worn by all. A real plus for intolerant to dairy products: each recipe offers a suggested replacement for dairy! The book begins with an interesting introduction on the agar. The tone of the author is very nice, fun and easy to read. To summarize, agar agar allows for many things in the kitchen and this book really gives a good foundation for those who know little about this. The only concern with agar agar is that we must prepare recipes hours in advance to allow time for the preparations of freeze. But it takes is a little planning and patience to deal with them;)
