As Hausstauballergikerin I have to wash bedding frequently as this cushion again and was looking for a pillow that is tailored to this point to allergy sufferers. Therefore, I bought it to me also, because it is resistant to boiling. That this pillow is washable at high temperatures, is in any case already once positive.

It is (80 cm x 80) supplied in a plastic sleeve with zipper, in which you can pack up and transport the cushion.

The cushion has in me not smelled chemicals as some reports here. The new scent was gone already after a short airing and the first wash.

However, the terms of the pillow takes lint and fluff strongly and feels something like microfiber cleaning cloths, since it is not made of / with cotton. I need to clean it with a pillow case or before washing with a lint brush it before each re-covering.
