Winter is coming (even if it is slow) and with it, the start of congested nose, hoarse throats. I used to use the drugs prescribed by doctors. I decided to try to attack my body less and offer him the opportunity to face the primary concerns kindly season.
Peppermint is renowned for:
- Internally route, relieve symptoms of irritable intestine syndrome, colds and minor digestive problems.
- Externally route, treat inflammation of the respiratory tract and mouth, relieve symptoms of colds and coughs, (2 or 3 drops of pure essential oil or diluted in a little warm water or oil vegetable), rheumatic, muscle and nerve pain, and finally relieve headaches and itching.
For respiratory infections, take 2 to 4 drops of essential oil diluted in a little vegetable dhuile, 3 times daily. Start with 2 drops to dapprivoiser the strong flavor of menthol that can surprise the taste buds.
You can also rub the chest, if necessary, but also pay 3 or 4 drops in hot water and inhale the smell.
