Installation
The installation has to work, as described in the instructions. However, I can statements such as "I have 3.5 hours required" for me not confirm. I believe that this would be feasible if someone already well aware of the type of vehicle and knows exactly where to hinfassen to dismantle the necessary body parts to pull cables etc ... For most, block the system, I think that it will be similar to me that you have to make on this occasion only once familiar with the car and that takes a little time. I do not think I was extremely slow, but I have spent at least in the garage for 6 hours.
The delivery is complete
The delivery is gem. Image absolutely complete. However, for example, a 26er and a 35er hole drill not included, this should be previously taken into consideration, especially since these drills or hole saws are bundled with some cheaper systems. Without this tool, but it is difficult. The 26er drills you need for the sensors, the 35er for the speaker / display unit. To drill a circle with many small holes and then turn around to file, as you can see it in various Youtube videos, I would beat my head. The adapter rings may cover half a millimeter and to hone as accurate is hard and who want to watch later a ferfeilte bumper :-)
Teach System
If you stubbornly stick to the instructions, then the Teach-in 5 - 10 min. Ready - incl. Preparation and works really well.
Function of the system
Apart from the mentioned in other reviews the volume I am very satisfied. Also I think the speaker is too soft. The detection of obstacles and visual display everything works fine. Bosch supplies on CD also a guide for adjusting the volume with, but I do not know if I can thus increase the volume, I was then not so important.
When I read that in some curbs or other obstacles flat are not detected, then the possibly may be due to an incorrect adapter ring with a fake for the installation angle. In the manual you can see exactly what adapter ring in what amount you need for that body angle above the ground. I bet that those who have problems with the detection of obstacles, may have read this part of the manual is not attentive enough.
I do not regret the purchase and would buy exactly this system again.
