Unfortunately, this their 4th album is by far the worst. It sometimes seems like a 45 minute lasting singsong with no particular highs and lows, "Always Malaise" as something more accentuated rise out of the only "Success" and out. The rest is self-pity by chanting without major modulations. Unfortunately, even the melodies act permanently gleichtönig without major bends or variations, and the songs thus total little grip - almost as if you want to publish the collected B-sides. Incredibly bad - especially as we have to wait years for big new Interpol songs again.
