I have purchased Office 365 University for my student son. My goodness, what it was a mess! After so much and so try to be a student to register with Microsoft, it failed completely - even though my son was a registered student several months ago! No registration possible, to complete the purchase of Office 365. The reason came sometime from the Microsoft support center: Being a student can only every 12 months to buy a student version! Nice if you can learn something after purchase. Many Thanks. Amazon was this rule apparently not known because you asked me to send the Microsoft Mail. Amazon, however, did his best, so I got my money back - what happened then. Respect for the Amazon service. Now for Microsoft I say rather nothing ... except ... No, thanks.
