For years I was the adventures of boy wizard, I longed to discover the box that publishers come out to group 7 pounds.
Gallimard have unfortunately stopped at box 5 pounds, and even if it is rather banal, simple, and disappointing.
Folio editions for their Junior did well a box set of 7 books, but these are pocket formats, and I do not appreciate this edition of the book.
Disappointed by the French publishers, I turned to an English cabinet, to find the boy wizard in its original version. I'm not disappointed, but I also would have preferred to have a version in French.
That's when I came across the Deluxe Edition of books! I just received my copy of the book 7, and I'm delighted!
The book is beautiful! Contrary to what is stated by Amazon, the book is well connected, not stapled (such as paperback books, soft cover, ...)
The red cover is embossed cardboard, a small illustration on the front cover, simply but elegantly inscriptions on the back, and the portion of the golden book.
A small box just protect the book. It is hard cardboard, quality, and durable. It is also beautifully illustrated.
I do not regret one second my purchase! This prestigious edition is that this saga deserves to have accompanied me for years. These are really wonderful books, a magnificent edition (Gallimard thank you) that has its place in all libraries, especially for all fans of the boy wizard!
