Actually a solid device that properly cooked good coffee 'if there was not the lid of the pot. That's a real bad design! The hinge does not really work, the cover is relatively loosely on the pot and falls down very easily. From the first crash the very petite sized holder for the aroma preservation closure broke off. The summit can no longer be used. A replacement part is expensive / difficult to obtain.
