I have the erythritol (ol) now share my experience with you for 3 weeks in use and want.

Why erythritol (ol)?
I have caries and sugar as the biggest culprit is indeed at all. Many will say then reducer the amount of sugar, but since I've read that industrial sugar actually just has no health benefits and only makes sick in many ways, I have decided as best we can complete on industrial sugar to dispense. For my health. :-) I see only advantages. Furthermore erythritol is tooth-friendly and is better tolerated than, for example, xylitol (in the latter you get even at low dosage side effects such as bloating, etc. I got severe cramps ..)

EXPERIENCE

Application No. 1: Waffles with erythritol instead of sugar. I read that E. has a sweetening power of 75% of sugar and one must increase the dosage accordingly. Said and done. An error I think, because it was too sweet, which also found the rest of the family and it was quite dry after calming time. One should also pay attention namely that the erythritol can solve enough because there is a rule, which I unfortunately could not find. I think "E. should not account for more than 30% of the total mass" (baking).

Application No. 2: Again waffles, same recipe. Erythritol about 1: 1 to sugar replaced. (Slightly less)
Taste? H ervorragen d taste super. tastes really like sugar. Allen has tasted it. And I could not get enough of. 1A! !

Application No. 3
Marble Cake - Recipe. Since I did not have box shape was placed in cupcake liners. Erythritol is about 1: 1 is replaced (E. slightly less, about -10g). 1A :-) For me there is no difference in taste to sugar. This is madness! One should long since have erythritol instead of sugar throughout the products.

CONCLUSION

At the beginning rather disappointed due to the sweet taste (about overdosed!). Even if the sweetening power officially at 1: 0.7 so you have to dose higher erythritol to reach the sweeter than sugar, so it tastes but best if you simply 1: 1 replaced (we generally take less sugar than in recipes specify so I have also used less erythritol There is no reason to get back on sugar back;.).
Priced expensive, no question, but I'm more than worth it to me, simple answer;.) I'm tired, mitzubekommen everywhere that will be fed only from the cheapest from the cheapest. Save main thing was ^^ 'For the car the highest quality oil, for the body, the cheapest .. I hope I could help you.
