I enjoyed the return in terms of Nougraa, but the author is far too nebulous on this subject. Perhaps it by discomfort with the subject of genetics or not to lose the player with technique, but I felt frustrated me by these passages. Nougraa is a wicked vicious well as we like, but it is too recessed for the reader to take in the full size.
Side vampires, too much sentimentality on the one hand ... and tapestry of the author! They are curiously in the background, and not primarily serving quoccasionnellement second knives.
Other supernatural creatures begin to appear, diversifying the mythology of the author, may be bringing a welcome new blood.
Side magicians, they too are in the background. With the same criticisms as vampires.
In fact, the history of this Volume 3 is mainly the different relationships that are forged (or starting to develop) between couples. The most important concerns of course the daughter of Dashi but other vampires will also be involved.
I must say that this diversity is stunning and dilutes the story too. Too many small actions that are not sufficiently developed while romances take more pages to not move forward and leave me unmoved.
Basically, the only ones who really are Nougraa woke up and disowned his first lieutenant who made a notable appearance :)
If I am curious plans for further tomes, I am afraid that this phenomenon of "dilution" persists at the expense of a more action maintained throughout the narrative. Stay tuned.
