prima device, at our old unit (Klarstein Pure Water) jumped always saying loudly the spring cover on when it was hot. Shortcoming in this part 1: the plate lid is very, very strict and you can pull it off only with hard fingernails or excessive force. This shortcoming can however easily fix yourself: simply the 3 metal tabs in the cover press with small pliers something the lid then sitting still good, but is easier. So no need for a lower rating from my side. Shortcoming 2: you can see, unfortunately not good at all, already filled or how much water is still in there, an internal scale do not exist, and from the outside you can see the water level. The thermometer is a nice gimmick, but helpful for making tea, as you can then manually switch off already at 90 degrees. It reacts only sometimes a bit slow, which could also be a function of the residual heat and water level.
