Even the good reviews in mind, I was thinking of a random manufacturing defects, complaining and let me provide replacement. Here, unfortunately, the same again. There seems to be a problem, the Tefal not come to grips with because I read about this problem again in the recession. So if you want to buy a guaranteed functioning iron should opt for a different model, because this seems to be hit or miss quality. Pity about the time I've wasted with the fetching, complain and returning the part.
